U.S. Housing Prospects

The mainstream media has continued talking of surging home sales, alongside some concern that housing activity will flag. Last March, prior to the jump in mortgage rates, ECRI warned of a downturn in real home prices growth, which has since begun to ease. Separately, ECRI also monitors cycles in housing activity.
