WLI Falls
A measure of future economic growth dipped in the latest week, while its annualized growth rate racked up a fresh nine-month high, a research group said on Friday.
The Economic Cycle Research Institute, a New York-based independent forecasting group, said its Weekly Leading Index fell back to 129.8 in the week ended February 25 from 130.5 the previous week.
The index's annualized growth rate rose to 6.5 percent from 6.1 percent a week earlier. That was the highest since the week ended May 14, 2010 when it stood at 9.4 percent.
